Homemade Rootbeer

5 lbs sugar
3 gallon water
1 3oz bottle Root Beer extract
5 lbs dry ice

Mix together sugar, water and extract; blend thoroughly.  Add dry ice about 20-30 mins before serving.  Makes 5 gallons.
Do not break up ice


Tropical Slush

4 c Sugar
6 c water
5 banana, mashed
8 tablespoon lemon juice
2 c orange juice
1 46 oz can pineapple juice

Freeze and serve with 7 up

Orange Julious/ Orange summer Cooler
1 6oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c milk
1 c water
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12 ice cubes
combine all ingredients in blender.  Blend until smooth.

Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

This rich and creamy slow cooker hot chocolate is perfect for any party or special occasion. Don't forget the marshmallows!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 cups milk use whole milk for the creamiest hot chocolate!
  • 1 cup heavy cream can use half and half, but cream gives the best results
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate chips etc. for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the cocoa powder, condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, semisweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Cook on LOW for 2 hours. Stir well until thoroughly mixed. Turn the slow cooker to the KEEP WARM setting until you're ready to serve the hot chocolate. Garnish with marshmallows and/or whipped cream if desired.

    Ingredients
    • 1 bottle Green Berry Rush Hawaiian Punch, chilled (1 gallon or 3.78L)
    • Two 6 oz. cans Dole Pineapple Juice, chilled (1.5 cups)
    • 1 bottle Sprite {2 liters}, chilled

    Instructions
    1. Keep all ingredients chilled in Refrigerator.
    2. When ready to serve, combine Green Berry Rush Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, and Pineapple Juice in large punchbowl and stir well. Serve immediately and Enjoy!

    Notes Recipe serves approximately 26 one cup servings. This can be easily doubled or tripled for larger parties. When determining how much to make, keep in mind that guests may want more than one cup.

    Aloha Pineapple

    Who doesn't love the pineapple, citrusy goodness of Jamba Juice's Aloha Pineapple smoothie?  This simple, 4 ingredient recipe will bring Jamba Juice right to your own kitchen.  

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups natural orange juice
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 2 cups frozen pineapple

    Instructions

    1. In a Vitamix blender, add ingredients in order listed. Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Enjoy!

    Recipe Notes

    Frozen bananas are an inexpensive way to add creaminess to smoothies without using dairy.  Make sure to always have a hand of bananas (5-6 bananas) frozen so you'll be ready at all times to blend up a smoothie.  The bananas need to be yellow.  Simply peel the bananas, place in ziplock bag in a single layer, and freeze 5 to 6 hours on a flat surface in the freezer.

    Raspberry Peach Smoothie

    RASPBERRY PEACH SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

     RASPBERRIES: 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries. 
     PEACHES: 3/4 cup of chopped fresh peaches.
     YOGURT: 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt. I love using greek yogurt to my smoothies for extra protein.
     ALMOND MILK: 1/3 cup almond milk. You can use any kind of milk you like, I just prefer almond milk. 
     ICE CUBES: if you don’t use frozen fruit, I would add a handful of ice cubes.

      Ingredients
      • 5 cups Milk {Nonfat, 1%, 2% or Whole will all work}
      • ½ cup Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
      • ½ cup Granulated {White} Sugar
      • 1 cup Hot Water
      Instructions
      1. Add Cocoa, Sugar, and Hot Water to medium saucepan, and cook over Medium heat, stirring constantly.
      2. Increase heat to Medium-High, and bring chocolate mixture to a gentle boil, still stirring constantly.
      3. Transfer mixture to 4 quart Crockpot, add cold Milk, and stir.
      4. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours, or until hot.
      5. Stir again, just prior to serving.
      6. Pour into mugs or Mason Jar Mugs, then top with Whip Cream and Sprinkles! ENJOY!!

    INGREDIENTS
      
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 2 cinnamon stick
    • 2 cups apple juice
    • 1 Tablespoon caramel sauce
    • whipped cream

    INSTRUCTIONS
     

    • In a small pot, BOIL water, brown sugar, and cinnamon stick.
    • STIR until sugar is completely dissolved.
    • REMOVE from heat and discard cinnamon sticks (optional- save for garnish).
    • POUR in apple juice and caramel sauce and stir to combine.
    • SERVE with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce if desired.
